"Threee weeks ago my wife and i were looking to purchase a grand piano for our two young girls. My wife had stopped at a store that heavily advertise they were "going out of business", and brought home some information on a piano they were offering for "Sale". Since i had reservations purchasing froma store that was supposedly going out of business, we started looking for other stores where we could also become better educated as to what might actually be the best piano for us - instead of just simply which piano was being liquidated at the moment.
Once we arrived at your store,w e discussed our wants, needs and expectations. You then explained the different levels in quality available in today's piano, and showed us how each was constructed. You took all the time that was neccesary to educate us and explain which would be the best piano in our price range. After much discussion, we agreed to purchased, and are now the proud owners of a 5' Grand Piano. We are postive that if not for your store, we would have ended up paying more for a lesser product elsewhere, and would have, undoubtedly, ended up unhappy with our purchase.
As a sales associate I fully understand the importance of providing superior customer service as well as offering an outstanding product. I must say that we were so impressed that we have been raving about your store to all ou relatives, friends and acquaintances.
